I perfer this Push Around Buggy Red over a stroller for a couple of reasons. I like the fact it is small enough so you can put it away without it taking up much space. It really helps when your in a condo, or other small place. My son likes cars but we can never get one because items such as Power Wheels are to big. My son can actually use his imagination, and pretend drive in this toy. With the stroller he wants to get out of it all the time, and he tries to push it. At least with this toy both of my sons will stay in it, and my three year old can't get enough of it when I bring it inside. My son has a small build, and this is perfect for him to push with his feet inside on the carpet. I think the older the kid is it is easier for them. My sons are three, and one it doesn't seem loud to me but maybe I'm used to noise were I live. Reguardless it is a fun toy for kids, and one you will enjoy pushing them in as well. I also like the fact that these are not expensive. If I need parts I can order them from the website. If they are missing the company ships you parts without a problem. Also comes with a long warranty.

My 18 month old daughter loves riding in this Push Around Buggy Red. Besides its bulkiness, I would say that an improvement would be rubber wheels instead of the plastic wheels.
If you want to take it farther than a block or so, this car is not great.

This Push Around Buggy Red is a wonderful toy. My son who is 7 months and just learned to sit up by himself can sit in the seat belt and be pushed around in the little car. He loves to hold onto the stearing wheel and be pushed around. It is very easy to push and provides many hours of enjoyment for all of us.

My son hates to sit in strollers. However, he can't wait to ride in his buggy. The Push Around Buggy Red is noisy on concrete and a little difficult to turn because the wheels don't swivel, but we couldn't be happier when we go on neighborhood walks. The seatbelt secures him comfortably. It's lightweight and easy to pack in the trunk of a car. Moreover, the Step2 company is easy to reach and extremely responsive to its customers if there is a problem. It's a great product in every way.
